We just returned from a wonderful weekend camping in Northern Michigan near Sleeping Bear Dunes. The fall colors were amazing, and had the weather been a little more cooperative (meaning anything better than raining with 40mph winds and 38 degrees) then it would have made for a perfect fall tour. Regardless, we had a great time taking our new camper on it’s maiden voyage. We visited family and bounced from one great little town to another, and stopped at the markets to get apples and eat donuts. It really wouldn't have been a genuine fall color tour without the donuts. 🙂
During my downtime I created a few Color Efex Pro 4 presets to make the most of the autumn scenes, so I thought I would share those with you. I’ve decided to give away one preset on the blog today, but if you currently subscribe to the newsletter, you’ll be receiving all four for free. If you haven't subscribed yet, no worries because the newsletter comes out tomorrow so you’ll still have time to sign up. Click the image below to download your free Fall Color Preset.
As a side note, I want to thank everyone for all the support with my new book on Travel and Street Photography. The book is doing really well on Amazon ratings, and I appreciate the great reviews it's received. I look forward to hearing from more of you on it! Make sure to share your travel and street images with us using #travelandstreetphotography to win a free, signed copy of the book. If you took a fall color tour, share your photos there. I'd love to see them, especially if you used the Fall Color presets!
Until then, enjoy the fall weather, and hopefully you'll put these presets to good use.
See you tomorrow on the newsletter!
